If you saw my last blog entry you’ll know that I think I captured the Kuiper Belt object Makemake on the 22nd of February.<\/p>\n

So I was determined to go back on the next clear night to confirm this by showing some movement.<\/p>\n

Despite a few technical problems I managed to catch a few images and compared them below in an animation.
\nThe two animations are identical, but I have marked the position of Makemake with an arrow in the right hand pair.<\/p>\n
